Honadle Management Services HMS bundles two great products together, Honadle Offsite Backup and Honadle Helpdesk, for a great price. Honadle Offsite Backup By using the Internet, Honadle.com can backup the important data files in encrypted form on a schedule of the customer’s choosing. The software is quite complex, but at it’s root it allows backup to an offsite server, first here in Memphis, then copied to Dallas, TX for data redundancy. 10 GB of offsite compressed storage (Additional GB can be added at $2.50 each on HMS plan). All time related to the backup service such as installations, restores, job setup or troubleshooting jobs not running properly is included in the monthly price. Up to 3 computers with Honadle Backup Onsite installed. Additional computers will be $45 per installation. Emails are sent to me (as well as the client) and I monitor each backup job to verify it completed. Honadle Helpdesk Honadle Helpdesk is a program designed to allow remote entry into a computer. It’s secure and password generated. The software is available for all customers, but unless using one of the plans below, offsite fees apply. Unlimited computers installed. Windows XP, Vista, 7 (including 32 and 64 bit) as well as Mac supported. Available from 8 am-6 pm. Listing of services for all versions above. 1.
